One of my favorite small homes in Llanerch, this house has a design where it is almost "spilling out" of itself, and is quite quaint in its structure when paired with the hill on its entrance and the shrubbery that surrounds it.
History
This home was probably built in the 1950s or 1960s. It was first owned by Rocco Branella, who sold the home to the Hampers in 1968 for $20,000. They sold the home to the Tsaprazis family in 1981 for $64,000. They put the home on the market in 1993 for $157,500, and it sold for $152,000 to the Exarhoulakos family. They sold the home to an Andhrulu family in 2019 for $300,000.
